1. Event Description

Claude for Realtors is a live, in-person 4-hour workshop held on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at a venue in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. Exact venue details will be provided upon registration.

2. Ticket Purchase

Ticket purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing your purchase you confirm that:

• You are purchasing one (1) seat for the Claude for Realtors workshop
• The founding member rate of $249 is a limited-time promotional price and is subject to change
• All sales are subject to the refund policy outlined below

3. Refund Policy

We want you to attend with confidence. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: Requested 7 or more days before the event date (May 20, 2026 or earlier)
• 50% refund: Requested 3–6 days before the event date (May 21–24, 2026)
• No refund: Requested within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows

To request a refund, email hello@arionex.io with your name, email address used at purchase, and reason for cancellation.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

Arionex reserves the right to:

• Change the venue location within Downtown West Palm Beach with reasonable notice
• Reschedule the event in the case of circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, etc.)
• Cancel the event if minimum attendance requirements are not met

In the event of a cancellation initiated by Arionex, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. In the event of a reschedule, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a full refund.

5. Conduct and Participation

By attending this event you agree to:

• Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward other attendees and the host
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any workshop content, materials, or curriculum without prior written consent from Arionex
• Acknowledge that workshop content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, frameworks, curricula, and content presented at Claude for Realtors are the intellectual property of Arionex LLC. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any workshop content without express written permission from Arionex.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arionex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or inability to attend this event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
